PRICING & PACKAGES

  • 1 x Session – R280.00
  • 8 x Sessions – R2000.00
  • 12 x Sessions – R2640.00

These sessions include the following:

  • 45 Minutes Full Body Training Sessions
  • Nutritional Guidelines
  • 3 x Full Body Assessments
  • Transformation Results
  • Customised Meal Plans

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Fees are to be paid in advance to book and secure your times and days. An invoice will be sent out via email.

2. On the day of the assessment, the trainer will ask you to complete a Health & Fitness assessment questionnaire.

3. Should a session be missed by the client, the payment made for that session will be used for another session on another day and time at the trainer’s discretion.

4. Clients that have already booked training times, will take preference over any other “fill-in” session from a client that missed their session previously.

5. Should the trainer not be able to make the session for any reason on the day of the client’s session, the client will be entitled to another session on another day and time.
