HOW IT WORKS:
Clients will receive questionnaires to complete that will help to create and design individual programs for their training and nutritional needs.
A health history assessment will also be done to ensure your safety, but bearing in mind, you enter into these training programs at your own risk.
Packages are available in 8, 12 or 16 weeks or on a month to month basis. These include training programs, and meal plans that you can access via the app.
